High Street Races

Come and join in with what is proving to be one of the most popular events at the Rye Christmas Festival. We have races for teams, clubs, kids and anyone else who is a good sport!

Street Performers

There are set to be more street performers and artists in the town this year,
embracing the Toyland theme you may even see some toys come to life!

The main stage is back, this year it will be back in the Strand Car Park. Acts will be announced as confirmed.

Music & Dance

Further, smaller, acoustic stages will be placed at The Rye Lodge, The Buttermarket and outside of The George

Carol Concert

The 'singalong' Carol concert at St Mary's to end the day's festivities is always a very popular event!

Christmas Procession

The Christmas Procession will leave the station at 4:30 and go through the Landgate to the High Street, ending at the Strand. Stand anywhere on the route to see this grand finale!

Christmas Market

The Christmas Market is going to be in a new location this year- Cinque Ports Street car

park.

A few local primary schools have taken part in a workshop with Radiator Arts to create some wonderful willow and paper lanterns for the procession!
